Duluth's Bayfront Park could have a new attraction. It's a storm water garden -- a series of artistically-constructed wetlands to treat water running off the hillside. But not everyone is convinced it's the best use of the land.

Lecanto High Project Graduation: Lecanto High School has begun plans for the 2007 Project Graduation. The planning committee is organizing events to help raise funds. All donations and money raised go directly toward the project night and the graduates. Volunteers are needed.
