Chamber's first holiday gift fair opens tomorrow

Heart, head, hands, health: 4-H displays its foundations
TORRINGTON, Wyo. - The Goshen County 4-H program has named November as the county's 4-H Month, and set aside Nov. 6-11 as Goshen County 4-H Week. The county commissioners signed a proclamation to that effect Nov. 8, and club members decorated business windows in Torrington and LaGrange to share their 4-H spirit with area residents.
