Parks Botanical Center breaks new ground for plantlife
With plants still arriving, the press got a peek yesterday at the new Roger Williams Park Botanical Center. Like all gardens, its beginnings are modest, but by the time the greenhouses open to the public March 2, the 40-foot-tall conservatory should be teeming.
